PPT (Present and Past Perfect Tense)

Past perfect tense is a kind of tense that is used to describe an action/an event that started in a certain time in the past and completed or finished till certain time in the past too; or used t express an action/an event that had happened before the other event or action happened.
Pattern :
(+) S+had+ V3+complement
(-) S + had + not + V3 + complement
(?) Had + S + V3 + complement ?

Present perfect tense is a grammatical combination of the present tense and the perfect. Perfect ? what I mean ‘perfect’ ? it’s not about me or human because I,you,we,they aren’t perfect. Yeah back to the problem,I mean perfect because the action that happen ALREADY finished.Pattern :
(+) S + has/have + V3 + complement
(-) S + has/have + not + V3 + complement
(?) Has/have + S + V3 + complement ?
